-DESCRIPTION-
Small, light brown flakes with a pleasant
taste characteristic of yeast without bitterness. This product
is a primary grown, inactive,
dry yeast of the strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae (known as “Brewer’s
Yeast”). It is aerobically grown on a molasses substrate
and then spray dried.
-DIRECTIONS-
Add 1 tablespoon (approximately 8 grams) to 8-16 fluid ounces
of juice, milk, milk alternative, or shake mixture. Stir vigorously
or process in a blender until well mixed.
-PACKAGING & STORAGE-
Packed in 5# and 25# lined cardboard cartons.
Store tightly sealed under normal warehouse conditions - not
to exceed 90ºF.
