- DESCRIPTION -
Siberian ginseng is a deciduous perennial shrub whose fleshy root
requires 4 to 6 years of cultivation to reach maturity. The main
active ingredients of ginseng are the more than 20 saponin triterpenoid
glycosides called ginsenosides.
- DIRECTIONS -
Add ½ teaspoon (approximately 1
gram) to your product. Stir vigorously or process in a blender
until well combined.
