Lecithin is a complex mixture of many phosphatides naturally occurring
in animal and plant tissues. This lecithin product is derived from
soybeans.
- DIRECTIONS -
Add 1 teaspoon (approximately 3 grams) to your product. Stir vigorously
or process in a blender until well combined.
- INGREDIENTS -
Lecithin, Calcium Silicate ( a free flow agent).

Packed 5# and 25# lined cardboard cartons.
Store tightly sealed under normal warehouse conditions - not
to exceed 77ºF (25ºC).
Dehumidification of the packaging room is recommended.
