Our Vegetable Burger Mix is a wholesome and tasty
blend of grains and vegetable protein accented with garden vegetables.
Vegetable Burger Mix is a great item to keep on hand so that you
can easily prepare a well balanced last minute meal. It is also a
convenient choice for backpacking trips and other outings.
INGRIDIENTS
Textured Soy Flour, Instant Brown Rice, Rolled
Oat, Precooked rice Flour, Dehydrated Vegetables, Barley FLour, Egg
White Powder, Hydrolyzed Corn and Soy Proteins, Soybean Oil, Corn
Starch, Natural Flavors from non-meat sources, Salt and Spices.
DIRECTIONS
Combine 1 cup hot water and 1-1/3 cups of Vegetable
Burger Mix in a bowl. Stir until evenly moistened. Cover and let
stand for 30 minutes. Shape into patties. For ease of handling dip
you
hands into water before forming the patties.
You can then either broil or fry the patties.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Try our Vegetable Burger on a bun with your
favorite condiments. Or shape the mix into balls, cook and use them
as a replacement to meat meats balls. Alternatively use as a stuffing
for bell peppers, cabbage rolls or squash.
