Couscous,
originally a Moroccan staple, is a bead-like pasta made from semolina
flour. We have combined couscous with unique spices, vegetables
and herbs to create a delicious seasoned salad mix that can be
prepared
in only a few minutes.
INGRIDIENTS
Couscous, Salad Vegetables (Dehydrated: carrots,green
& white leeks, onion, parsley, celery leaves, red bell pepper and
tomatoes), Natural
Flavors, Salt Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Dried Torula Yeast and
Citric Acid.
DIRECTIONS
Combine 1 cup of Couscous Salad Mix with 1-1/4
cups of boiling water in a bowl; stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff
with a fork a, cover and chill in refrigerator.
Can also be prepared in a microwave.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Place a large scoopful of Couscous Salad
Mix on a lead of romaine lettuce. Create your own signature salad
by adding chopped olives, diced roasted
red peppers or chopped cooked chicken after the salad has chilled.
