Hot Southern Wood Smoked Cajun Dry Rub Marinade

Experience the fiery heat of Cayenne peppers, countered with the tanginess of vinegar, backed by a blend of herbs and spices, and touched with a wisp of real Mesquite smoke in Hot Southern Wood Smoked Cajun Dry Rub Marinade.

Salt, Paprika, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Natural Mesquite Smoke Flavor, Aged Cayenne Peppers, Extractive of Spice, Distilled Vinegar, and Natural Tocopherol (Vitamin E). Not more than 2% Soybean and Canola Oil and Tricalcium Phosphate added as processing aids.

SpiceWorks™ Hot Southern Wood Smoked Cajun Dry Rub Marinade can be vacuum tumbled with meat at a starting usage rate of 2.80# per 100# of meat. Up to 10# of liquid (water, juice, etc.) can be added to the tumbler with the seasoning. The seasoning can also be applied by hand to the outside of a cut of meat.

Hot Southern Wood Smoked Cajun Dry Rub Marinade is recommended for Chicken, Beef, and Pork.

Packed in 25# poly lined cartons. Store tightly sealed under normal warehouse conditions – not to exceed 90°F.
