INGREDIENTS
Salt, Paprika, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Natural
Mesquite Smoke Flavor, Aged Cayenne Peppers, Extractive of Spice,
Distilled Vinegar, and Natural Tocopherol (Vitamin E). Not more
than 2% Soybean and Canola Oil and Tricalcium Phosphate added as
processing aids.

SpiceWorks™ Hot Southern Wood Smoked
Cajun Dry Rub Marinade can be vacuum tumbled with meat at a starting
usage rate of 2.80#
per 100# of meat. Up to 10# of liquid (water, juice, etc.) can
be added to the tumbler with the seasoning. The seasoning can also
be applied by hand to the outside of a cut of meat.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Hot Southern Wood Smoked Cajun Dry Rub Marinade is recommended
for Chicken, Beef, and Pork.
