INGREDIENTS
Spices, Parmesan-Romano Cheese Blend (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese
Cultures, Salt), Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, and Parsley. Less than
2% Vegetable Oil added as a processing aid.
DIRECTIONS
SpiceWorks™ Perfect Pesto Dry Rub Marinade can be vacuum
tumbled with meat at a starting usage rate of 2.00# per 100# of
meat. Up to 10# of liquid (water, juice, etc.) can be added to
the tumbler with the seasoning. The seasoning can also be applied
by hand to the outside of a cut of meat.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Perfect Pesto Dry Rub Marinade is recommended for Chicken and
Pork.
PACKING & STORAGE
Packed in 25# poly lined cartons. Store
tightly sealed under normal warehouse conditions – not to exceed 90°F.
