INGREDIENTS
Salt, Feta Cheese Powder (Feta Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Cheese
Cultures, Salt, Enzymes], Whey, Salt, and Disodium Phosphate),
Garlic*, Onion*, Spices, Sweet Red Pepper, Sherry Wine Powder (Maltodextrin
and Sherry Wine Solids), Parsley*, Lemon*, and Citric Acid. Not
more than 2% Vegetable Oil and Silicon Dioxide added as processing
aids.
*Indicated dehydrated product.
DIRECTIONS
SpiceWorks™ Mediterranean Herb Dry
Rub Marinade can be vacuum tumbled with meat at a starting usage
rate of 2.60# per 100# of
meat. Up to 10# of liquid (water, juice, etc.) can be added to
the tumbler with the seasoning. The seasoning can also be applied
by hand to the outside of a cut of meat.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Mediterranean Herb Dry Rub Marinade is recommended for Chicken
and Pork.

Packed in 25# poly lined cartons. Store
tightly sealed under normal warehouse conditions – not to exceed 90°F.
