Kansas City BBQ Dry Rub Marinade

Experience the sweet and tangy flavor reminiscent of the famous Kansas City style of barbeque with this blend of molasses, tomato, and spices.

Molasses Powder (Cane Refinery Syrup, Cane Molasses), Tomato Powder, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Maltodextrin, Corn Syrup Solids, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Vinegar Solids, Caramel Color, Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Tamarind, and Natural Flavors. Not more than 2% Vegetable Oil added as a processing aid.

SpiceWorks™ Kansas City BBQ Dry Rub Marinade can be vacuum tumbled with the meat at a starting usage rate of 3.00# per 100# of meat. Up to 10# of liquid (water, juice, etc.) can be added to the tumbler with the seasoning. The seasoning can also be applied by hand to the outside of a cut of meat.

Kansas City BBQ Dry Rub Marinade is recommended for Chicken and Pork.

Packed in 25# poly lined cartons. Store tightly sealed under normal warehouse conditions – not to exceed 90°F.
