INGREDIENTS
Molasses Powder (Cane Refinery Syrup, Cane Molasses), Tomato Powder,
Sugar, Salt, Spices, Maltodextrin, Corn Syrup Solids, Garlic Powder,
Onion Powder, Vinegar Solids, Caramel Color, Soy Sauce (Wheat,
Soybeans, Salt), Tamarind, and Natural Flavors. Not more than 2%
Vegetable Oil added as a processing aid.
DIRECTIONS
SpiceWorks™ Kansas City BBQ Dry Rub
Marinade can be vacuum tumbled with the meat at a starting usage
rate of 3.00# per 100#
of meat. Up to 10# of liquid (water, juice, etc.) can be added
to the tumbler with the seasoning. The seasoning can also be applied
by hand to the outside of a cut of meat.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Kansas City BBQ Dry Rub Marinade is recommended for Chicken and
Pork.
