Roasted Garlic & Herb Dry Rub Marinade

Experience the mellowed toasty garlic flavor in Roasted Garlic & Herb Dry Rub Marinade, complete with Sherry wine, sprigs of rosemary, and a touch of onion.

Salt, Roasted Garlic*, Garlic*, Onion*, Sherry Wine Powder (Maltodextrin and Sherry Wine Solids), Natural Butter Flavor, Spices, Paprika, and Parsley*. Not more than 2% Vegetable Oil and Silicon Dioxide added as processing aids.

*Indicated dehydrated product.

SpiceWorks™ Roasted Garlic & Herb Dry Rub Marinade can be vacuum tumbled with meat at a starting usage rate of 2.60# per 100# of meat. Up to 10# of liquid (water, juice, etc.) can be added to the tumbler with the seasoning. The seasoning can also be applied by hand to the outside of a cut of meat.

Roasted Garlic & Herb Dry Rub Marinade is recommended for Chicken and Pork.

Packed in 25# poly lined cartons. Store tightly sealed under normal warehouse conditions – not to exceed 90°F.
