INGREDIENTS
Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika, Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat,
Soybeans, Salt, Maltodextrin), Dehydrated Onion, Celery, and Natural
Smoke Flavor. Not more than 2% Silicon Dioxide added to prevent
caking.
DIRECTIONS
SpiceWorks™ California BBQ Dry Rub
Marinade can be vacuum tumbled with meat at a starting usage
rate of 2.50# per 100# of
meat. Up to 10# of liquid (water, juice, etc.) can be added to
the tumbler with the seasoning. The seasoning can also be applied
by hand to the outside of a cut of meat.

cut of beef.
