California BBQ Dry Rub Marinade

Experience the best of the west with California BBQ Dry Rub Marinade, studded with black pepper, and boldly flavored with garlic, onion, and real hickory smoke.

Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika, Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt, Maltodextrin), Dehydrated Onion, Celery, and Natural Smoke Flavor. Not more than 2% Silicon Dioxide added to prevent caking.

SpiceWorks™ California BBQ Dry Rub Marinade can be vacuum tumbled with meat at a starting usage rate of 2.50# per 100# of meat. Up to 10# of liquid (water, juice, etc.) can be added to the tumbler with the seasoning. The seasoning can also be applied by hand to the outside of a cut of meat.

California BBQ Dry Rub Marinade is recommended for your favorite cut of beef.

Packed in 25# poly lined cartons. Store tightly sealed under normal warehouse conditions – not to exceed 90°F.
